hello doctor.. my child is 6year old.. he frequently goes to urine during night time.. so our pediatrician checked his urine and said there is no problem in his urine and asked to take tryptomer 10mg one tablet a night for 30days .. is it safe to give him? please reply

Nothing was detected in the report then why the doctor has given this medicine for 30 days is that I’m not understanding so please before you start giving the course of medication understand what is the reason for what this medicine is given accordingly you should proceed with it
