Q.

Hello doctor. my child is 3months 25days old. he just cannot get himself to sleep and keeps waiting for someone to hold and rock to sleep. needs help always. cries before getting sleep. even If very sleepy he will wait to be put to sleep. any techniques to help sleep on own. ? is it normal. will my child outgrow this problem as he grows up or should I sleep train ?

A. do not worry about this as the baby will be growing in age all this problem will be solved Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required
