A. Baby grows in phasic manner First back muscles get strengthen Baby started sitting with support by 4 to 5 months follow by sitting without support 8 to 9 months Rolling or spontaneous sitting comes by 10 to 11months, Standing comes by 13 months. Baby must walk by 18 months if not so must consult for lower limb muscle tone and power. Consult with pediatrics neurologist.

A. Your child is already walking and standing with support and it is good enough for this age. Some babies may take time to walk without support and it is normal. Leave him on the ground or park and let him explore on his own. Do not rush as it will eventually happen. Spread the toys or call him towards you so that he tries to walk.
