Hello doctor. my child is 1.5 months old. received second dose of vaccination today. can I give paracetamol after feed ? or only if baby has temperature

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. there is no problem we can give paracetamol to the baby after baby having fever generally there will be sure 6 hours after taking the vaccine you can do the syrup after milk also
