A. This I can do while she is awake..... but when she is sleeping also her thumb automatically goes in her mouth.. I keep on removing the same but she cries then and keeps it tightly inside her mouth.. please help.

A. Gently remind your child regularly to take their thumb out of their mouth, and when they do, offer hugs and praise. ... Record their thumb sucking on a calendar, with rewards or stickers when they reduce or stop the behaviour.
