Hello Doctor, my child has fell down from the stairs and his forehead stuck on the floor very hardly. He vomiting 3 times and there is some blood clot in the vomiting. on the 2 day some blood come out from his nose. CT Scan report was normal. No inside injury. He is Normal but that blood which came out from his nose is not continually bleeding its dry blood on nose when we noticed it. Please suggest what to do.
