in this phenomena the child is having semi solid to solid stool after every episode of of food / milk intake.
if the growth / weight gain of the child is proper there is no need to worry about this phenomena.
usually this phenomena decreases with increasing age of the child
is a normal phenomenon

This is completely normal please do not worry about it the system of the child takes time to digest and initially the things are very much possible that a child is going to pass a motion immediately after taking a feeding or maybe while taking of Pead but that’s normal
