Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoidefyd in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquids and givte proper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .
NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello you can be doing abdominal exercise which can help and any concern then it would be better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and otherwise you accordingly which would be better and also safe
