Hello doctor, my babyboy is 4months 20days old,past 3days he is making sounds like grunting to pee and also I observed little yellowish pee,pls let me know what can be done

A. if the baby is 4 months also many times the child may have some discomfort while passing urine which is normally seen but you can still consult your doctor once to rule out any other condition
