Hello doctor,my baby was passing brown watery poop for 3 times in an hour next day he passed green color poop in normal consistency but today he pass mucus with little blood sting in mucus ,he passed 6 to 7 times in a day he has cold,he didn't eat anything other than formula milk what happened to him

Author of questionMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Hi,my baby pass loose stool even I gave him medicine,but I didn't notice blood in his stool it reduced when I continued the use of antibiotics for 5 days, don't get tence it will reduce continue the antibiotics minimum 5 days.

Hi, I took my baby to the pediatrician he prescribed anti biotic syrup,zinc sulphate syrup for 14 days and bacillus calusii(aeroflora) bacteria spores suspension maintain a gap between antibiotics and bacillus calusii bacteria spores I used them from 5 days now he is fine.my doctor suggested reduce the use of milk,curd and jaggery during motions

Blood into the motion is mostly assigned for an infection into the stomach so I would recommend you to kindly get it checked with your doctor whatever is required in terms of medication antibiotics the doctor is going to give you an advice after evaluating the situation
