hello doctor ,my baby was 6mnths old ,she suffer from cold,what can I do, i gave apple in her feed ,is there any problem with that ,give suggestions

give freshly prepared home food like dal, khichdi, vegetables puree
breastfeed frequently in demand it will help in early recovery
