Q.

Hello Doctor, My baby takes feeding for only 15 mins per feeding session and falls asleep at the breast. Her birth weight was 2.94 kgs and at 47 days she weighed 3.8 kgs. is this weight gain enough and does this means she is getting adequate milk? Please clarity

A. taking feed for 15 mins there is no fixed time for feeding.. if the baby is sleeping well and the pee count is around 6 to 8 times then baby is getting sufficient amount of milk.. it is exclusively Breast feed recommended for six months
