Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. for cold you can give drops maxtra 0.5 ml to the child and this will help in decreasing the running nose and this medicine can be given maximum three times per day and also try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give warm water to drink
