hello doctor, my baby's stomach is always bloated. she doesn't take food. but poops 3 to 4 times a day. what may be the problem? kindly suggest

also it is advisable not to give any milk products like outside milk cerelac milk powder cow milk animal milk.
you cannotx give chocolate and icecream.
you cannot give outside food as well as preservative food.
avoid giving raw food and also sugary food
avoid tea coffee.
if required your doctor will add antacids as well as anti colic medicines for your child
