Hello doctor, My baby's poop looks green with red, and this morning I gave iron drops to my baby. However, this poop looks so scary. Please suggest what I should do.

Medical in the poop is mostly due to blood and that’s basically a stomach infection green is associated with a formula milk if you’re giving any and due to iron supplement the poop is going to turn black red is basically due to a stomach infection if it is blood in the poop of your child
