Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi it happens because of many reasons like dry skin, allergy to something like food or cosmetics, heat or sweating or infection. you can apply thin layer of coconut oil there. keep that area clean. keep an eye on your child diet. keep your child well hydrated maintain good hygiene
