give all family food..
Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all.
No biscuits and other packaged and processed foods. They are just loaded with sugar and not healthy.
Work around the baby's schedule based on family meal time.
Babies need good fats like ghee, unsalted butter, coconut, etc. Normal cooking oil whichever the family uses can also be used.
Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Relax It is just an iron supplement so you do not worry about it if your child has had a little bit also it is not going to make any difference because it is was not any kind of a medicine or antibiotic which is going to do any damage it is just a simple iron supplement don’t worry it’s all good
