hello doctor my baby is two years old she having cold and runny nose what should I do which syrup is good for her

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitusjosives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor accotrding to the type of cough. if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. Sinarist and brozeet can be given to the child 2.5 ML twice a day but separately at least in the gap of half an hour the first one is for cold second one is for cough so you can give the medicine for a minimum of 3 to maximum five days
