Hello doctor, my baby is three and half months old. Her pediatrician has suggested multivitamin drops to her. but when I gave her the drops 0.5 ml once a day, I have noticed the small increase in her appetite and sleep. Is this a side-effect of multivitamin drops to infants? is it safe to continue the drops? please suggest. thank you.
