ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. medications depends upon condition of your child.. during initial days use saline nasal drops six hrly and give indirect steam inhalation and apply noble cold ointment. if not relieved then better consult your paediatrician first... avoid self medications

Hello ma’am sinarist 2.5 ML twice a day you can give this medicine for three days in a row or maximum five days not ahead of that probably in the one dosage it self you will see that your child will get relief and if your child does not get relief in three days u can consult your doctor ones
