hello doctor, my baby is suffering from cold in that he is getting lite fever too using nasal drops for him but he is becoming so irritated and feeling tired too and not sleeping properly can u please suggest me the remedy for this

A. the baby is 6 months of age if the baby is having both fever and cold at present you can give febrex plus drops to the baby 0.5 ml 3 times a day and continue saline drops in the nose
