Hello doctor My baby is only having grinding foods He don’t even try to eat thoda bada bada bite He always use to eat sleeping position , he don’t sit and eat anything sir I’m very much worried about my baby

If all is fine with the baby , it is never advisable to make them lie down and feed, you have to change the habit as then the baby will never get out of it
get baby chairs, or make him sit support in a safe place, while feeding , as when solids are fed always should be in sitting position,
give him now soft foods which require some jaw movements
