hello doctor my baby is now 6month old. she feeds both bm and fm(nan pro 1)now. what should we given her now? any recommendations. thanks in advance

A. you can start solids now as ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge blended khichdi cerelac sabudana dalia puree mashed boiled fruit and vegetables as potato sweet potato carrot beetroot papaya pear sapota apple banana.. remember one new food one at a time.. give stage 2 formula milk
