hello doctor my baby is now 40 days he is not sleeping well and also he cough sometimes like big child what can I do for that sir please give your suggestion

A. Nasal saline drops can be given again and again to the child because it is salt water which will help in decreasing the nasal blockage by clgearing the mucus Try to prevent temperature variations around the child which is the most common cause of cough and cold in small chilcdren For fever and pain give paracetamol Continue the regular diet which is being given to the child

Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
