hello doctor my baby is not gaining weight she is now 10 kgs she is very active but not eating properly can u help me to with any syrup or medicine

Since The child is not eating properly which is why your child is underweight in this case I can only tell you that you take an advice from your doctor and start with multivitamin calcium and iron supplement for the timing and sometimes you to do low level of haemoglobin also the appetite can suffer
