their diet should consists mainly of usual family foods now , no much restrcitions as such now for them. add flavours and variety and also sometimes let them taste food from your plate.

Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours pattern to make meal more interesting
Give calcium supplements vitamins
Make meal time fun with toys and story time
It’s common for toddlers to eat very small amounts, be fussy or not eat at all
Look at toddler appetite over a week or more
Try to create a positive eating environment, keep offering new foods and follow your toddler’s lead
