hello doctor...my baby is ninth months old and from last 1 week he is doing hard potty...is it normal or is he having any problem..?

A. Hi dear mom Doing hard potty is due to less intake of water and fiber food. So increase the intake of water and give papaya pear dalia roti cucumber carrot etc rich in fiber to get relief from constipation
