Hello doctor, My baby is having viral fever since day before yesterday , doctor advised to feed him only liquids. His age is 12 months old. kindly advice me what kind of liquids I can give for him because he is having cold and cough with mucus as well.. Suggest us what kind of liquids I can give for him.

A. give fruits, sheera , kheer , add ghee to maintain calorie intake. if no iMprovement, or Vomitting with coughing , consult doctor . Loss of appetite happens in illness, try giving warm soups, runny khichdi, energy rich foods, give favourite foods
