Hello Doctor my baby is having loose motions since morning and it's very watery...what medicine i can give to her to have good relief?

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomhiatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which hneeds antibiotics treatment

give sporlac powder in 4 drops Quantity twice in a day
give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more
avoid giving oily , heavy, spicy food
keep your child well hydrated
maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
