hi, if your baby is vaccinated proper till date than no need to give tt vaccine now. 
clean the wound daily with antiseptic liquid, apply betadin ointment over it 2 to 3 times a day.

TT Would mostly be required and also it is important to get it checked with your doctor they will do proper dressing also needs to be checked whether it requires stitches or not as of now just clean it apply some turmeric paste or beta Dean on to that but you’ll have to get a check with your doctor as soon as you can
