Hello doctor..My baby is 9months old..which food is better for dinner?If i feed rice with carrot or dal he is crying at night times might be gastric..

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom check for the dal as it should not be a whole dal . Use hing while cooking .. you Can give ragi porridge or Dalia or multigrain mix as well . Roti dipped in dal or vegetable soup can also be given.
