hello doctor... my baby is 9.5 months old n he is sit without support but sometimes not sitting straight continuously and he still not started to Crawl..... can I give him cerelac... plzz help

A. Hello good afternoon !! As baby is 9 months old you can feed Home made cerelac with pulses, grains,dry fruits, kichdi, idly,rice porridge, Mashed rice, roti, sooji, Dalia, oats,poha , fruits and vegetables puriees/mashes. Feed 3 meals and 2 snacks include milk and diary products (ghee, cheese, butter, curd) for muscle and bones strength. Do regular oil massage for relaxation of muscles.
