Hello doctor. My baby is 8 months old. today I saw a little redness at the tip of his private part. from past couple of weeks he touches during bath and diaper change and diaper free time. however I do not allow him to do so. redness could be due to his nails or something else?

A. in this query it is very difficult to comment here without knowing the proper history and without clinical evaluation. proper treatment suggestions would be given in certain cases only after proper clinical examinxation so it hgwill be better if you visit your doctor for proper treatment
