Q.

hello doctor my baby is 8 month old she is, having fever and she is not drinking milk . am giving syrups which is advised by my pediatrician

A. kindly give paracetamol for fever and it is given according to the weight as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having. whether higher medicines are required or not will be told by the doctor. keep the child in cool environment anzd avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever do body sponge and give plenty of water to drink and easily digestibzle food.

A. You can go ahead with giving Calpol to the child as of now this is the best medicine for fever that you can give a child starts feeling better your Jio child will have little bit of milk and also as of now you should focus more on giving more of liquid to the baby Chai
