hello doctor my baby is 8 month old now. can I give him date syrup with any solid food or with formula milk just for a sweetnss??

A. Hello mom yes definitely date syrup can be used as the sweet alternative and is a good replacement instead of using refined sugar . But would not recommend to use it in formula milk as the milk is sweet
