Q.
hello doctor. my baby is 8 month old. is it important to give him package milk or cerelac to give him extra nutrition. is already breastfeeding.

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. nlCows milk or buffalo s milk can be given from 1 year of age till then it's advisable to get ve breast milk or formula feed you can also add sugar or dry fruit powder in the milk after 1 year

Packet milk is not recommended for the babies below one year.
Either continue to breastfeed ur baby or give formula milk.
Once ur baby completes six months then u can start with cerelac, daal ka pani, ripe banana, apple puree, ragi porridge etc as the first food..
