You can give steamed and mashed vegetables or soups , kichidi , ragi or multigrain mix or suji porridge, kichidi , seasonal fresh fruits can be mashed or made in purée form or juice

Don't use RO water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Give her more probiotics and seasonal fruits
Don't. over feed her
Don't use packaged and processed food maida items excess suagr and salt
