hello doctor my baby is 7 months old, 8th is running . my baby is totally on formula feed..I had started started semi solids from 6 months please tell what milk should I use in daliya,sooji ki kheer and oats or other milk dishes?

My Suggestion to you would be that you can use Amul tone pasteurised milk or Amul Taaza whatever is available in your city or even cows milk you can use for preparing the dishes and Amul Taaza you can give directly to your child to take a feed but not cows milk so you can use either of these days to prepare meals for your child
