hello doctor my baby is 7 month old he has not passing bowel since 4 days is it normal ? he eat fruit pure in morning and cerlac 2 time and rest on bm .

Include more of liquid into your child’s daily diet including water buttermilk coconut water is that is going to help in proper digestion and also improper motion also give proper food to the child as what you are giving is this package food it has no nutritional benefit for the child
