hello doctor my baby is 7 month old and his nap time is very small like sometimes it's just for few minutes and in overall day he just sleeps for 8-10 hrs ....what should I do for increasing his sleep especially at night

A. its ok Sleep patterns varies among babies it will take time for the sleep cycle to set maintain calm and warm environment turn off the lights massage the baby gently to sleep feed before bed
