Hello doctor my baby is 6 years old and her height is 100 CM , she is very short than her class mates , can you please suggest good nutrition to improve her height please doctor

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom height to a very large extent depend on ones family genes . Other is not to compare with her peers every individual is different. You can make her do some physical activity, swinging , skipping .. hanging etc
