hello doctor.. my baby is 6 months old. now we started with fruit pure (1 time a day) and ragi porridge (1 time a day). how much milk do baby consume when he is under solid intake. my baby intake dropped to 500 ml per day. is it normal. he is under formula. and how much water we need to give.

A. dear mum, formula intake of 500 ml per day is fine. if your baby is active, alert, and passing urine more than 6 to 8 times in 24 hours then feeding is sufficient. you can give few sips of water in between and after meals.
