you should consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper clinical examination of this condition of your kid's milk teeth..
maintain a habit of brushing your kid's teeth twice a day

Ru Not maintaining oral hygiene because if your child already has it at the age of five months then you should start brushing the teeth of your child you are not brushing them you are not maintaining oral hygiene probably which is why they are becoming yellow in colour
