Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. just steam for the small baby. Cough and cold is due to the seasonal variation or changes in temperature . Mostly it's a viral and will be normal in 3 to 5 days just steam as a home remedy for this. Other montair LC for cold and ascoril for cough can be used

Wikoryl 0.5 ML twice a day can very easily be given to the child as of now you can give this medicine for three days and still if you feel that the running nose is not subsiding or troubling your child and you should get a check with your paediatrician ones for a better medication
