Hello doctor my baby is 53days old and she is vomiting milk after every feed and her stomach seems to be bulged and she is passing gas...what to do

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver.
its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows milk in babies may be aggravating factor. proper burping after each feed is very important.
Enzyme preparations ft like aglozyme or vitazyme can be beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.

please always feed your child in tilted position and keep in up ward position after every feed
please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
please give daily sun light exposure
