hello doctor, my baby is 5 years old and his weight is 15kg how can I gain the wait of my baby please help me

A. Hello mom Kids by the age of 1 year they almost triple their birth weight and then gradually double it by the age of 5 years . You can give them Eggs , dry fruits and nuts , stuff paranthas, soya , sago , whole grains and dals , chana , rajma etc
