Hello Doctor, My baby is 5 months old now and immediately after her birth I am having regular periods. But last one month I didn't had my periods. And we did not had intercourse also. Is it normal or I need to consult my doctor. please advice me.

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. then you check usg. Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

Yup It could be due to hormonal imbalance because when you resume your periods after delivery for first six months the period cycle can be little abnormal so you consult your gynaecologist she can advise you with the medicine which will help in regulating your hormones
