hello doctor.. my baby is 4month old.. can I start giving him ripen mashed bananas??

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, you should not give any top food to your baby. You should exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. Breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.

Bananas are an excellent source of nutrition and make great first foods to babies. Banana puree can be introduced as solid food anywhere between the age of 4-6 months. ... Bananas are also high in Vitamin B6, Vitamin C and Vitamin B2.
