Hello Doctor, My baby is 4 months old. After every feeding he pooped.. And the motion is just like watery. This has occurred for the last two weeks. What to do to stop this.

in this phenomena the child is having semi solid to solid stool after every episode of of food / milk zintake.
if the growth / weight gain of the child is proper there is no need to worryz about this phenomena.
usually this phenomena decreases with increasing age of the child
