hello doctor, my baby is 4 months now but he is sweating so much at the time of feeding. what should I do

sweating is very much normal in babies. This is due to larger head surface area and large number of sweat glands that regulate body temperature.
so no need to worry.
Make ur baby wear loose comfortable clothes
